No, we are happy to provide materials directly to the consumer or to a contractor.
Yes! In our normal service area we offer free estimates, if you are outside of the greater Holland area a service fee may apply to compensate for time and travel. If you are outside the greater Holland area we may still be able to provide a free estimate if you come into the store with rough measures and photos- in this case an estimate could be provided without having to travel to your home.
No, however, where budget is a concern, we can make suggestions accordingly.

While we do not price match as quotes from diffident companies are rarely apples-to-apples, we seek to provide quality first at a competitive rate.
While we are happy to start with an at home consultation, we strongly recommend taking some pictures of the windows (and while not necessary, rough measures are helpful too) and stopping in at our store first so that you can see all the options in our showroom, see what might work best for your space (based on style, function, and size constraints), and then we can give a rough estimate based on your measurements and bring samples to your space to narrow down selection and take final measurements.
We repair blinds and shades made by Lafayette or Hunter Douglas, however we typically do not repair shades/blinds made by other brands as we don’t carry them and may not have the necessary parts. There are some exceptions to this however, so feel free to take a picture or bring the shade in and Chris will have a look!
Yes, while no product is “pet proof”, we recommend Luxury Vinyl Plank
(LVP) or luxury vinyl Tile (LVT) for a hard surface as the product is very durable, water proof, and scratch resistant.
Yes, carpet can work great in homes with pets and kids, consider the Pet Perfect line from Shaw, which is more forgiving for accidents and spills.
Additionally, consider going with a carpet that has a bit of variation in the color as opposed to a carpet that is a solid color which will show less dirt.
While granite looks great and is comparable in price to quartz, we prefer quartz countertops as quartz does not need to be resealed like granite does.
